Permian Strategic Partnership Focus

Why Healthcare?

The Permian Strategic Partnership (PSP) recognizes that access to quality healthcare is foundational to building communities where people want to live, work, and raise their families. As the population grows, so does the demand for healthcare services. Meeting this need requires a multi-faceted approach – one that includes improved technology and connectivity to bridge the gap between patients and providers, as well as strategic efforts to recruit and retain a strong healthcare workforce.

PSP is addressing these needs through targeted investments and partnerships that expand access to care, develop the local healthcare pipeline, and strengthen provider capacity across the region.

What We’re Doing

Our investments across West Texas and Southeast New Mexico are guided by three core goals: increasing access to primary care physicians, expanding the availability of specialty care, and enhancing emergency and trauma services. With these goals in mind, PSP is actively working to expand access to quality healthcare across the Permian Basin through targeted initiatives and close collaboration with local stakeholders, hospitals, educational institutions, and community partners.
